This position will be based in Toledo, at the CLM Inclusiva offices, with one day per week of on-site work in Madrid. What will be your mission? To accompany, guide, and drive equality, empowerment, and social participation initiatives, collaborating on projects, training activities, coordination with organizations, and technical monitoring of interventions. Main Responsibilities * Deliver workshops, training sessions, and awareness-raising activities. * Guide and accompany women with disabilities in their personal and professional pathways. * Coordinate actions with local organizations, resources, and stakeholders. * Monitor individual cases, record interventions, and prepare reports. * Provide technical support to the department in equality-related projects, campaigns, and initiatives. **Profile:** Profile We Are Seeking * Intermediate or university-level qualification, preferably in Social Sciences or related fields. * Training in equality/gender issues. * Minimum one year’s experience in similar roles or demonstrable knowledge of the field. * Experience in NGOs, the third sector, or associative movements is desirable. * Organized individual with strong writing skills, interpersonal abilities, empathy, and commitment to equality and human rights.
