Position Summary: Industrial installations site manager responsible for coordinating resources, controlling objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulations in civil engineering and building construction projects. FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and optimize technical and human resources assigned to the project. * Monitor project objectives and performance. * Ensure correct implementation of the Quality, Safety, and applicable regulatory plans. * Represent the company before the client regarding all matters related to the project. * Apply work procedures, occupational safety, and environmental protection measures. * Coordinate subcontractors. * Planning and management of the project, including economic and execution aspects. * Supervision of in-house personnel and subcontractors, supported by the Site Manager. * Monitoring and control of project execution: costs, deadlines, and quality. * Procurement activities: requesting and analyzing quotations, comparative analysis, proposing subcontractor/supplier contracts. * Evaluation of subcontractor output, certification of completed work, dispute resolution, change orders, and final settlements. * Compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations, environmental protection requirements, and quality standards. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Positive working environment * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8.5 hours/day; Friday, 6 hours/day * On-site work mode * Vacation days: As per collective agreement * Life and accident insurance: As per applicable collective agreement and company conditions at the time * Start date: Immediate **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering or equivalent * Knowledge: Metal fabrication, structural and equipment installation. Valid driver’s license.
