Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the assembly of parts and components, performing tasks such as assembly, drilling, and riveting, ensuring quality standards and supporting colleague training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assembly of carbon fiber, metallic, and rubber components. 2. Drilling, riveting, and assembly of mechanical parts. 3. Assisting in the onboarding and training of new colleagues. We are looking for personnel to perform part assembly tasks in Illescas (Toledo). The job involves preparing and positioning components, assembling carbon fiber, metallic, and rubber components, and carrying out processes such as drilling, riveting, and mechanical part assembly according to technical manuals. It is essential to verify that each task meets established quality standards and deadlines. The position includes assisting in the onboarding and training of new colleagues and reporting task status at the end of each workday. A minimum of two months’ prior experience in similar tasks is required. This is a permanent, full-time employment contract with a rotating triple shift schedule. The gross annual salary is €22.875, supplemented by additional allowances totaling €5.854.
