Job Offer: Factory Operator with Career Development Plan and Training. Location: Numancia de la Sagra, Toledo Company: Concrete Prefabrication Industry We are seeking factory operators eager to learn and develop professionally at our production center. We offer a genuine internal growth plan through continuous company-funded training. Responsibilities and Development Plan Initial Phase: Cleaning, organizing, and preparing production areas. Development Phase: Specialized company-funded training on operating industrial concrete prefabrication machinery. Professional Progression: Upon successfully completing the courses and demonstrating acquired competencies, you will assume direct operation of machinery, resulting in a formal contract amendment/modification from Laborer to Skilled Worker. Requirements: Prior experience in industrial environments, construction, or related sectors is desirable but not mandatory. Residence in Numancia de la Sagra or nearby towns (La Sagra region). A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Proactive attitude, commitment to occupational risk prevention, and strong motivation to learn a trade. Position Conditions Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts: Rotating 8-hour shifts according to position assignment (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00\). Contract: Permanent, starting at Laborer level, with promotion to Skilled Worker level and corresponding salary increase based on progression. Salary: As per the Collective Agreement for the Cement-Derived / Concrete Sector. Monthly Salary: Starting from 1\.685,66€ Benefits: * Free parking * Provided uniform Work Location: On-site employment
