At Grupo Ocean, we are national leaders in lifeguard services for public, commercial, and community swimming pools. With over 18 years of experience, we guarantee safety and professionalism in all our operations. We are seeking a certified lifeguard to work from July 1 to August 31 at a swimming pool located in the Ventas de Retamosa area (Toledo). Your responsibilities will include: \- Active surveillance of the pool and bathing areas. \- Risk prevention and emergency response. \- Application of rescue techniques and first aid when necessary. \- Ensuring users comply with facility usage rules. \- Providing courteous attention and service to customers/users. \- Conducting basic inspections of facility conditions and rescue equipment. \- Reporting incidents to the center supervisor. We offer: \- Contract: Fixed-term discontinuous contract from July 1 to August 31. \- Full-time schedule Monday through Sunday (days off assigned according to rotating schedule). \- Daily working hours of 7 hours between 10:00 and 20:00. \- Salary according to the Spanish State Collective Agreement for Maintenance and Conservation of Sports Facilities, amounting to €1,424.25 gross per month in 12 installments.
