Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC lathe operator for machine commissioning, operation, setup, precision machining, and part inspection. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC lathe operation and commissioning 2. Precision machining according to drawings 3. Use of measuring and verification tools We are looking for experienced CNC lathe operators to work in a company specializing in engineering and precision machining in Fuenlabrada. Duties will include CNC lathe commissioning and operation, program loading, and machine setup. The candidate will be responsible for mounting and clamping parts, performing machining operations following drawing specifications, and using basic tools to measure and verify dimensions of manufactured parts. Simple parameter adjustments will also be required to ensure product quality, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. An initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency) is offered, with potential transition to the company’s permanent staff. Working shifts are rotating Monday to Friday, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights. Remuneration is €13.28 gross per hour. What are we looking for? * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes. * Vocational training in Machining, Mechanical Production, or related fields (VET Level 1/VET Level 2) is desirable. * Responsible individual with ability to interpret engineering drawings and attention to detail. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the workplace. * Immediate availability to start.
