Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Coordinator to manage and optimize sales points, serving as a key liaison and developing teams with high autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. Develops staff for operational excellence We are looking for a Store Coordinator to manage seven sales points in the southern area of Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily organization and operation of these stores, acting as the primary liaison between the stores and the purchasing department. This is a highly autonomous position, ideal for someone who wishes to directly influence business results and team development. Responsibilities include ensuring proper store operations, implementing commercial policies, coordinating and motivating teams, managing operational incidents primarily remotely, supervising visual merchandising and stock levels, and training staff to maintain operational excellence. A permanent contract is offered from day one, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and flexible working hours. The annual gross salary is approximately €35,000, negotiable based on experience, and includes a company car, mobile phone, and laptop. Prior experience in team management within retail, leadership ability, results orientation, and willingness to travel between stores in the southern area of Madrid are required.
