About our client: This is a modern, dynamic construction company with extensive industry experience, executing projects valued between €6 million and €20 million across the Barcelona metropolitan area for both public and private clients. Responsibilities As Site Manager, you will lead project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget. Your main responsibilities will include: \- Planning and organizing the construction site from commencement through to handover. \- Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors. \- Technical and financial project control. \- Managing certifications, measurements, and technical documentation. \- Acting as liaison with clients, design teams, and suppliers. \- Supervising compliance with safety and quality regulations. ### **Requirements** Technical education in architecture, engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Site Manager in building construction within national companies. Strong leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities.
