At **Aluman**, we seek to hire an **Industrial Operational Control Manager**, a newly created position playing a key role in coordinating between Projects and the Industrial Department. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project has the necessary information, materials, and capacity to meet committed deadlines, working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Warehousing, and Dispatch. If you enjoy analyzing processes, anticipating issues, and coordinating teams to ensure seamless, synchronized operations, this challenge may be for you. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Guarantee operational coordination of projects during the industrial phase, providing an overall view of manufacturing status, anticipating risks, and facilitating decision-making to ensure fulfillment of commitments to our clients. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Coordinate daily with Project, Production, Engineering, Procurement, Warehousing, and Dispatch teams. * Monitor manufacturing status and identify potential deviations from the schedule. * Analyze material availability, technical documentation, and production capacity to ensure manufacturing feasibility. * Anticipate risks and propose actions to minimize their impact on delivery timelines. * Coordinate reprioritization of plans when changes, incidents, or urgent matters arise. * Promote procedures and tools that improve operational control and project tracking. * Participate in continuous improvement of industrial processes and in the evolution of planning and management tools. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Dynamic and innovative work environment: We value creativity and innovation.
