Food Industry Operator

Description

We are seeking an operator to work in Getafe handling and packaging seafood products, such as fish and octopus. Tasks include cutting, cleaning, preparing, and labeling the products, as well as visually inspecting their condition to ensure freshness and quality at each stage. Precision and attention to detail are required for this position. Full-time availability during the summer months is required, with a temporary contract. A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is mandatory, or willingness to renew it. Prior experience on production lines—particularly in the food industry—is desirable, as is adaptability to working in refrigerated environments. Working hours are fixed morning shifts, Monday through Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00, with a gross hourly wage of 11.05 euros. Continuous employment is offered throughout the entire summer season. Full availability to work continuously throughout the summer months. Valid Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to renew it. Prior experience on production lines; experience in the food sector (fish, meat, frozen foods) is considered a strong asset. Tolerance for working in refrigerated environments. No specific educational qualifications required.
