Your main responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant at Sanitas Mayores will be... Supporting kitchen operations under the chef’s coordination, including meal preparation and seasoning Operating kitchen appliances and equipment: griddle, deep fryer, refrigerator, oven, slicers, etc. Preparing dishes such as salads, combo plates, tapas, desserts, pizzas, grilled items, as well as plating and presentation Performing cleaning tasks, general maintenance, organizing utensils and machinery, and maintaining the work environment. Additionally, performing dining room\-office duties: setting up and clearing dining tables What do you need? **Education:** Compulsory secondary education (ESO). Vocational training in Hospitality is a plus. **Experience:** At least one year of experience in similar roles **Other skills and knowledge:** Courageous, empathetic, and responsible professionals.
