Job Summary: Asociación Centro Trama is seeking a Cook to lead the kitchen at a residential center for minors, ensuring balanced menus and compliance with food safety regulations. We are recruiting a Cook for a “Residential Center for 35 minors, funded by the Madrid Institute for Minors and Families”. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? - Supervise all kitchen staff. - Develop balanced menus that provide appropriate nutrition for children/young people. - Be responsible for food procurement, handling, seasoning, and serving under appropriate conditions. - Ensure compliance with regulations governing collective dining facilities and food handling. WE OFFER: - Start Date: IMMEDIATE - Temporary employment contract (LONG-TERM) - Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday (afternoon shift): Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00–18:00; Mondays and Tuesdays: 14:00–22:00; Wednesday: 14:00–20:30 - Workplace: ARANJUEZ (MADRID) - Salary: According to the salary scales established in the State Collective Agreement for Juvenile Reform and Protection of Minors, Group 3\. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Vocational training in Cooking or equivalent. - Additional training relevant to the position. - Food Handler’s Certificate - PROVEN experience working as a Cook. **COMPETENCIES**: - Commitment - Proactivity - Teamwork - Planning and organization - Interpersonal and communication skills - Creativity and innovation capacity **CLOSING DATE**: December 31, 2025
