The AFANIAS Families Association was founded in 1964 and works daily to become a leading organization in intellectual disability (ID), with social presence and influence, facilitating the autonomy and quality of life of people with ID and their families, while responding to the life cycle of these individuals. In this context, we are announcing the position of GARDENING SUPERVISOR in ALCORCÓN. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct, classify, and assign tasks among workers Organize tasks responsibly Supervise the proper execution of workers' tasks DIRECT PARTICIPATION IN PRODUCTION Implement measures for optimal job adaptation Improve methods (e.g., create templates) Ensure compliance with safety measures Monitor the proper functioning of work equipment; perform routine maintenance and simple repairs. Gardening-specific tasks: watering and fertilizing plants, pruning trees and shrubs, applying fertilizer and mowing lawns, removing weeds from gardens, maintaining green spaces, and keeping pathways free of debris, etc. Use appropriate machinery and tools for each task. Operate powered machinery and vehicles. Perform more delicate tasks—for example: applying chemical/phytosanitary products REQUIRED PROFILE: Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% (valuable) Experience in gardening and operating gardening machinery. Mobility and autonomy in performing tasks. Positive attitude and strong motivation to work. Work permit in Spain. Driver's license type B. Working hours: Morning shift, Monday to Friday. Location: ALCORCÓN.
