**Job Category:** ================= Temporary/Other **Job Family:** =============== Intern **Job Description:** ==================== We are seeking a student interested in developing their professional career in the industrial field, collaborating with our Continuous Improvement and Energy Efficiency teams at our production plants. The intern will participate in projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, improving operational and energy efficiency, as well as implementing continuous improvement tools and methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Support Continuous Improvement and Energy Efficiency teams in process optimization projects. * Collaborate in identifying and reducing process and packaging waste through mass balance development and waste mapping. * Participate in initiatives to improve packaging line efficiency. * Support analysis and monitoring of energy and utility consumption. * Develop and update consumption models to facilitate decision-making and identification of improvement opportunities. * Collaborate in training teams on Kaizen culture and continuous improvement methodologies. * Support implementation and monitoring of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. * Participate in data and indicator analysis to identify optimization opportunities. **Required Profile** * Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. * Interest in production environments and continuous improvement. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. **What We Offer** * Practical experience within a multinational food industry company. * Participation in real projects with direct impact on operational efficiency. * Mentorship and learning alongside specialists in continuous improvement and energy efficiency. * Development of technical and project management competencies in a dynamic industrial environment. **Schreiber Foods is committed to equal opportunity and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.** Schreiber Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
