Opportunities for professional growth and development 575874 Ontígola, ES Team Leader Warehouse Handling Operations Team Leader Ontigola YOUR ROLE Our Operations division has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Team Leader to join our team in Ontígola. In this key role, you will be responsible for operations conducted during a specific shift or process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the client’s operational strategic objectives. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Reporting to the Operations Manager (Hiring Manager), your main responsibilities will include: **Operational Management:** Overseeing operations for a specific shift or process within the operation. **Inventory Coordination:** Real-time supervision of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. **Process Optimization:** Improving fulfillment processes to reduce cycle times. **KPI Monitoring:** Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. **Safety and Quality:** Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety standards, ISO standards, and data protection requirements. **Continuous Improvement:** Implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S) and managing the warehouse’s allocated budget.ç WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? **Education:** Higher education degree. **Experience:** 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce logistics and warehouse management. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in management systems (WMS, OMS, TMS), inventory management, and picking/packing processes. Prior experience in high-volume order environments is highly desirable. **Skills:** Analytical ability to interpret KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and excellent planning and organizational skills. **Soft Skills:** Leadership for team management, interdepartmental coordination capability, and teamwork orientation. **Availability:** Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts (06:00\-14:00 / 14:00\-22:00\).
