You will join a team and participate in the production of bread and similar products, always ensuring quality and efficiency in your work. Your main responsibilities will include feeding and monitoring production lines, ensuring that all processes—from dough preparation to baking and cooling—are carried out in accordance with regulations. You will inspect product quality to ensure correct texture, size, baking, and appearance. You will also be responsible for packaging, labeling, and keeping machinery and the workplace clean, following food hygiene standards. You will collaborate in preparing necessary ingredients to ensure smooth line operation. A temporary monthly contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract. The schedule is rotating (morning, afternoon, and night shifts), Monday through Saturday, adapting to various shift patterns. Compensation is competitive, including an hourly wage plus a night-shift premium, within a dynamic work environment at a company growing in the food sector in Illescas. Prior experience in production roles, preferably within the food industry, is required. Ability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, is essential. Availability to work on Saturdays will be valued. A personal vehicle or residence near Illescas or Olías del Rey is required to ensure reliable attendance at the workplace. Immediate availability for commencement is required.
