Together, we build an environment where every person can bring their best self. **Will you join us?** We show it to you here in this video. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * *Customer Environment and Product Range Presentation* * Analyze market and customer needs in an omnichannel environment together with Offer and Services teams. * Propose and implement in-store implementation strategies that facilitate customer product selection and understanding. * Ensure correct application of Micromerchandising criteria and consistency between physical and digital channels. * Lead initiatives to increase shelf profitability and appeal, including furniture improvement proposals when necessary. * Validate, together with the Micromerchandising team, the implementation of category trees, furniture, and communication elements. * Collaborate with the E-merchandising Manager to ensure a consistent and effective omnichannel experience. * Ensure alignment among product offering, communication, and in-store experience by providing detailed briefs to Macromerchandising and Visual Merchandising teams. * *Analysis and Profitability:* * Ensure that implementation in your Market delivers maximum linear-meter profitability, complying with established implementation standards from the Offer-Omnicommerce and Operational Performance strategies. * Optimize profitability per linear meter (ml), square meter (m2), and cubic meter (m3) within your Market/World. * Prepare and ensure planograms are updated, followed by validation from the Offer Leader and Omnicommerce Leader across all families in different clusters. * Ensure implementation fosters in-store team productivity. * Conduct post-implementation follow-up and implement corrective measures within the omnichannel environment. * *Section Concept:* * Design and conceptualize the in-store Market, ensuring a coherent, profitable, and customer-centric shopping experience. * Coordinate with Offer, Omnicommerce, and Concept teams to guarantee an omnichannel vision aligned with customer needs. * Promote customer autonomy through self-service and project-based selling. * Ensure correct product placement along the store journey, respecting strategies defined by the Concept area. * Adapt the Market concept to various store formats and clusters (Urban, Express, Compact, GSB). * Conduct post-implementation follow-up to apply improvements, reporting to the relevant leader according to strategic alignment. * *Store Openings and Remodeling:* * Ensure correct implementation of the Market Concept across all store formats, coordinated with Offer and Concept teams. * Advise and supervise store teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring consistency in key aspects such as: * + Definition of minimasa and micromasa. * + Furniture selection. * + Filling and communication orders. * + Team training on products and communication. * + Implementation process follow-up. * Conduct analysis and follow-up after openings or remodelings, proposing corrective measures to improve both in-store execution and continuous development of the Market Concept. * Report to relevant leaders, according to the strategy defined by the vertical or the Micromerchandising functional area. * *Cross-Functional Management:* * + Manage and actively participate in cross-departmental projects and ensure achievement of assigned objectives at each stage. + Actively participate in periodic Product Merchandising Manager meetings led by the Micro Merchandising Manager. * *Onboarding and Training of New Teams:* * Support and train new hires on daily work tools: Space planning, Data manager, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * Ensure proper training and uniformity of knowledge regarding collections, planograms, section concepts, and openings/remodeling #### **Requirements** * + Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. + Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role. + Solid B2 level English proficiency. **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
