Send your CV to rhespana@puydufou.com **Laundry Manager** ----------------------------- We are looking to welcome a Laundry Manager to our team who will ensure the proper launch, organization, and operation of the laundry service, guaranteeing efficient resource management and team coordination to meet operational requirements: * **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the launch of the laundry service. * Operate machinery and supervise its correct functioning. * Monitor and manage technical incidents related to laundry equipment. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of the work area. * Develop and manage team work schedules. * Design, implement, and update laundry operational procedures. * Establish internal protocols and coordination procedures with other park departments. * Organize and supervise laundry team tasks. * Distribute workloads and monitor daily activities. * Promote a collaborative, results-oriented working environment. * Hold regular meetings with other departments to ensure effective operational coordination. * Propose improvements to optimize processes and service delivery. * Record and track daily incidents. * Ensure compliance with company-established standards of quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. * **Education and Experience:** * Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). * Proven experience in similar positions. * Experience in team coordination and management. * Preferred: Experience in industrial laundries or high-operational environments. * Minimum of 5 years in a similar role. * For this role, key competencies include organizational and planning skills, leadership and team management, results orientation, incident resolution and decision-making ability, initiative and autonomy, communication and coordination skills, flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
