We are seeking personnel to provide care and personal assistance to elderly individuals or those with dependency in their homes in Parla, Madrid. This opportunity is open to men, women, and diverse individuals, as well as persons with or without disabilities. Responsibilities include assistance with personal hygiene and sanitation, showers, baths, oral care, dressing, feeding, and safe mobilization through transfers. User autonomy is also encouraged to maintain independence in daily activities. Work is conducted directly in the user's home, tailored to their needs and personalized care plan. Empathy, commitment, and practical skills are required. This role contributes to well-being and quality of life, enabling individuals to remain in their family environment with the necessary support.
