Apply now for the opportunity to join an incredible team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze store performance (e.g., best-selling products, space allocation, etc.) and make necessary adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency. * Deliver complete customer satisfaction through our service model and drive sales through customer experience, using advanced selling techniques to achieve results. * Understand customer expectations and train the team to consistently meet or exceed them. * Coach and train all team members on products, NB technologies, and seasonal offerings. * Assist in coordinating shifts and scheduling. * Minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and tracking all loss prevention procedures. * Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of the store team. * Be responsible for store keys and serve as an active member both on the sales floor and in the back office, performing retail tasks: sales, customer service, and inventory control. * Handle inquiries and act as an escalation path for customer complaints. * Understand and support store operations, policies, and procedures via the “retail game changer” tool. * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Perform other duties as required by the company or Store Manager. **SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS:** * Team player. * Proven supervisory experience. * Ability to lead and train a team. * Knowledge of key retail performance indicators. * Prior retail industry experience preferred. * Demonstrated customer service skills. * Passion for retail and sales. * Eagerness to learn. * Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and general retail operational processes. * Familiarity with point-of-sale cash register systems. * Effective communication skills. * Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Competitive remuneration. * Opportunity to earn more through our store bonus plan. * Great development opportunities. * Inclusive work environments across all our European locations. * Generous employee discount. * Participation in projects across our entire European region. * Flexible uniform package.
