Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician for a senior residence in Moncada, ensuring optimal operation of facilities and a safe, comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident resolution and coordination with external companies We are looking for a person to perform maintenance tasks at a senior residence in Moncada. The mission is to ensure optimal operation and preservation of facilities, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Additionally, equipment and machinery are supervised; incidents are identified and reported; and minor repairs are carried out. When necessary, coordination with external companies is performed for major works. Tool and material usage is monitored, and order is maintained in the warehouse and workshop. Periodic safety inspections—particularly electrical and fire safety—are conducted, and support is provided for space adaptation, such as moving furniture or performing modifications. Compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations is ensured, and collaboration with other departments is maintained. Vocational training in maintenance, electricity, installations, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in senior residences, healthcare centers, or collective-use buildings. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance. Organizational skills and ability to resolve incidents. Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. Occupational risk prevention training is desirable.
