QUALITY TECHNICIAN Job Description **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** Do you want to work for a leading European agri-food business group? If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** for one of our companies located in Benifayó (Valencian Community). Your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring compliance with certifications implemented in the organization (IFS Food, ISO 14\.001, Self-Control System for Export, Animal Welfare, Guaranteed Traditional Speciality “Serrano Ham”, Iberian Quality Standard, etc.). * Quality control of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. * Supervision of compliance with Good Quality and Environmental Practices on-site. * Conducting pre-operational and operational facility inspections; coordinating with the cleaning team. * Implementing and monitoring Pre-requisite Programs. * Verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) and managing non-conforming products. * Managing and reviewing quality and food safety system records to ensure compliance with certifications implemented in the company. * Monitoring critical zones related to Food Defense. * Supervising and recording traceability of final and intermediate products. * Developing the analytical plan and performing sampling according to schedule. * Delivering initial and ongoing training to plant personnel. * Actively participating as a member of the HACCP and Food Defense teams. * Tracking corrective actions in response to non-conformities. * Reporting incidents and plant status to the direct supervisor and department management. * Ensuring compliance with and monitoring Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) policies, and properly managing associated documentation (CAE, chemicals, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education in Quality, Food Safety, Food Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field. * Knowledge of standards such as IFS, ISO 14001, HACCP, Food Defense, Export Regulations, and food legislation. * Prior experience in similar roles within industrial or food environments (valued). * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and orientation toward regulatory compliance. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **OFFER:** * An interesting position offering professional development opportunities. * Ongoing on-the-job training. * Remuneration commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Full-time employment. * Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts: 05\.20–13\.50 / 13:30–22:00.
