We focus on creating an environment where collaboration, growth, and diversity empower every professional to reach their full potential. **Your mission within the Talent Acquisition team:** * As part of the Recruiting team, your mission will be to identify and inspire top talent from the technology and consulting ecosystem to join our company. You won’t just fill positions—you’ll strengthen our employer brand, connect specialist profiles with high-impact projects, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and act as a strategic partner to business leaders in building our teams. * You will support the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in managing and executing recruitment processes, with a particular focus on mid-level profiles. * We seek an organized, communicative, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support the management and execution of hiring needs for SDG Group Spain, coordinated with your manager and the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team. * Participate in direct sourcing, outreach, and follow-up of specialized Data & Analytics profiles. * Conduct interviews, performing competency and technical requirement assessments. * Collaborate on preparing and sending offers, as well as closing candidate applications. * Participate in national job fairs and employer branding activities, representing SDG in a close and professional manner. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and proper task prioritization. **What we value in you:** * University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. * Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience recruiting IT profiles, especially Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence professionals, and similar roles. * Knowledge of cloud, data & analytics. * Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus. * Strong organizational and planning skills to efficiently manage multiple recruitment processes. * Excellent communication skills—both with candidates and internal teams. * A collaborative mindset and team spirit, eager to learn from colleagues and contribute your ideas. * Motivation to grow within recruitment and contribute to building high-performing teams. * Advanced level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office 365 tools. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Work in a young, creative, and innovative environment. * Smartworking from our Logroño offices (flexible hours, remote work). * Flexible compensation. **Keep discovering who we are:** * On our corporate website * Our publications and content on Medium * On our social media: Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
