TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

At KREAN Group, we seek to incorporate into our team a specialist in **TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE** with at least **3 years of experience in CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT**, to join our office in Vitoria. We are looking for a proactive, highly qualified individual with solid academic training to participate in various phases of our projects. What would your responsibilities be? * Preparation of project documentation, such as: Budgets and Quantities, Health and Safety Studies, Quality Control Plans, Waste Management Studies—both during preliminary phases and during execution-phase design. * Directing the physical execution of construction works, verifying layout surveys, materials, proper execution and placement of structural elements and installations, in accordance with the project and instructions from the site management team. * Recording precise instructions in official minutes. * Preparing certifications for completed work units. * Collaborating with other stakeholders in compiling the documentation for completed works, providing results from execution control, quality control, and quantity surveying. Knowledge of **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, **Presto**, **Excel**, and **Microsoft Project** will be valued. Knowledge of **Basque** and **English** will also be valued.
