Job Summary: We are seeking a Planner to analyze, optimize, and manage logistics processes, inventory, and resources, contributing to continuous improvement and solution design. Key Highlights: 1. Working with logistics software and KPI improvement Description **What are we looking for?** We are looking for a **Planner** to join our team; however, the candidate’s location will be in Rivabellosa (Miranda de Ebro). **What will you do with us?** * Analyze and optimize warehouse operations: space sizing and layout design to increase productivity, reduce costs, and shorten lead time. * Define and optimize processes. * Maintain the warehouse master table up to date (references, packaging, supply types, etc.). * Analyze, plan, and manage material arrivals at the warehouse. * Analyze and optimize plant supply. * Calculate required resources. * Monitor inventory. * Collaborate in the design and optimization of operational tooling. * Improve logistics and workflow efficiency. * Work with proprietary logistics software, analyzing data and reports, and adapting it to operational needs. * Design, update, and analyze KPIs, collaborating in deviation correction. Requirements **What qualifications do we value?** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.) * Knowledge and experience in planning and process adaptation. * Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and Methods & Time studies. * Experience in project implementation and integration. * Knowledge and experience with CAD tools. * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. **What competencies are required to perform this role?** * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Results orientation, organization, and planning. * Teamwork, communication, leadership. * Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude. * Motivation and flexibility.
