Summary: Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, evaluate technical profiles, and collaborate on employer branding and recruitment initiatives with international teams. Highlights: 1. Participate in employer branding and process improvement initiatives. #### **Your mission** * **Manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment processes**: *job postings, active sourcing, interviews, and follow\-ups.* * **Work closely with technical hiring managers** to align hiring needs and streamline the selection process. * **Evaluate technical profiles** in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, Python, among others. You will also assess **product roles** such as PMs, POs, and Product Designers. * **Use recruitment tools** such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other specialized platforms. * **Participate in employer branding initiatives** and help improve our recruitment processes. * Work towards **clear objectives**, tracking **recruitment KPIs** to continuously enhance our hiring efficiency. * Ensure **communication and alignment with international teams**. * **Collaborate with the People team** on various ad hoc tasks and initiatives. #### **Your profile** * **2–3 years of experience** in a similar role, working closely with **IT profiles**. We also value experience recruiting for other areas such as **Marketing, Sales, or Finance**. * A **good level of English (*****minimum B2\)*** is required, as you'll be managing international recruitment processes and ensuring **smooth communication** with candidates and teams outside of Spain. * Experience recruiting roles such as **Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Fullstack**, etc. * Ability to **understand different technologies** *(you don’t need to know how to code, but you should speak the same language as developers)*. * A **proactive attitude**, strong **organizational skills**, and a **results\-oriented mindset**, with a passion for recruitment and a track record of working with **KPIs and measurable goals**.
