Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Performing chemical testing of our baths * Conducting part testing/inspection * Performing FAI/IPA Your responsibilities will be: * Ensuring compliance and delivery of high-level documentation * Verifying traceability of operations within your area of responsibility * Monitoring the qualification of various stakeholders involved in preparing high-level documentation ### **Profile** You have technical training in quality inspection or in the aerospace sector. Required knowledge includes: * Knowledge of regulatory and certification standards in aerospace * Understanding of customer requirements within your area of activity * Familiarity with internal industrial production processes * Ability to read aerospace assembly drawings/diagrams * Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment * Knowledge of QHSE standards applicable in companies * Mastery of ERP production systems and computer tools * Experience with 3D measuring machines: optional Want to give your career a fresh start? Currently undergoing strong development driven by the acquisition of new high-value industrial projects, we are looking for passionate individuals to build the aviation of tomorrow together. ### **Mission** We are seeking our future **Senior Sheet Metal Technician** to join our teams at our production facility in **Vitoria\-Gasteiz.** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Preparing the workstation according to technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, and instruction sheets) * Selecting and adjusting manual forming tools; executing part production according to delivery schedules * Performing basic sheet metal operations (forming with manual tools, manual rework) in accordance with the manufacturing routing * Checking equipment functionality, availability of consumables, and reporting any malfunctions * Carrying out tasks related to the 5S methodology * Verifying that parts meet requirements as specified in the inspection plan **Your responsibilities will be:** * Applying industry regulations and standards, internal quality procedures, and customer requirements * Ensuring product conformity and traceability under the continuous supervision of your direct supervisor or area leader * Meeting production deadlines ### **Profile** You hold an advanced qualification in sheet metal work and have knowledge of forming techniques (manual, press, bending, rolling), interpreting technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, instruction sheets), and understanding metallurgical states and their properties.
