Our purpose is to ensure universal access to clean, efficient, and high-quality energy. **Do you share our energy?** **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor manufacturing progress against the production schedule and jointly adjust deviations with the Production Manager, addressing any issues that may arise in products or processes. * **Lead and develop the people in your team**, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. * **Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards**, promoting a preventive culture and guaranteeing adherence to company standards. * **Guarantee execution of the daily production plan**, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery-time targets; monitor manufacturing progress, identify deviations, and define corrective actions together with the Production Manager. * **Supervise the availability of materials, equipment, and production resources**, anticipating issues and coordinating necessary actions to ensure uninterrupted production. * **Analyze key production indicators** (safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and service), identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans aimed at operational excellence. * **Drive continuous improvement** by applying Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, daily meetings, PDCA, 8D, problem solving, and process standardization), encouraging active team participation. * **Actively participate in the industrialization and launch of new products**, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Development teams. * **Support team talent development**, defining onboarding, training, and multi-skilling plans to enhance flexibility and professional growth. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum two years’ experience leading production teams in industrial environments. * Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes; experience in electronics is valued. * Experience using SAP in production environments. * English level B2 **Competencies** * Team leadership. * Results orientation. * Organizational ability. * Continuous improvement. * Decision-making. **We offer:** * Join a purpose-driven company with strong values, committed to innovation, sustainability, and people. * Be part of a close-knit team with real impact on internal and external organizational communication. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development. * Flexible working hours and other benefits supporting work-life balance. * Competitive salary aligned with the candidate’s experience. * Ongoing learning and training. * Innovative tools to support your work.
