Requirements #### **What We’re Looking for in You** * Lead a backend technical team on a greenfield project, driving the development and design of high-quality solutions. * Ability to lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of your team. * Actively participate in defining and evolving a **hexagonal architecture**, ensuring application modularity and flexibility. * Prior experience working with latest versions of **Java**, **Spring Boot**, and high-concurrency systems using **asynchronous messaging**, to guarantee efficiency and performance. **Bonus Points** * Prior experience with **Cloud** platforms and tools (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) * Design and manage **Batch processes** for data integration and processing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of solutions meeting the highest standards. #### **Why Join Kelea?** You’ll work on projects where **how we work matters as much as the outcome**.
