Availability for meetings in Madrid.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, or OpenAI Agents SDK. * Deploy, optimize, and maintain AWS-based solutions, working with services including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. * Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Pytest and sound testing practices. * Actively participate in code reviews, technical mentoring, and guidance for junior and mid-level developers. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable architectures and value-driven technical solutions. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Solid 5+ years of experience developing in modern Python, including type hints and asynchronous programming (asyncio). * Advanced experience with testing using Pytest and mocking techniques. * Knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI). * Experience deploying serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway). * Clear communication skills oriented toward explaining complex concepts understandably. **Desirable:** * Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, or OpenAI Agents SDK. * Knowledge or experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent2Agent) protocols. * Prior experience working with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore. * Experience designing scalable cloud architectures. * Experience guiding other developers and conducting code reviews. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work mode and remote work options. * Personalized career plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with a strong technical component. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
