Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior professional to design, implement, and orchestrate intelligent AI and conversational agent solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, as part of a young, technically proficient team working on innovative projects. Collaborate on technical decisions and mentor junior profiles **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Semi-Senior** professional specialized in developing **AI** agents within the Microsoft ecosystem, capable of designing, implementing, and orchestrating intelligent solutions based on copilots and conversational agents. You will join a young and highly technical team, participating in innovative projects where AI is the core of the product. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio * Create and maintain automated workflows with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) * Develop custom plugins and connectors to extend Copilot capabilities * Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) * Implement solutions based on Azure AI Services * Orchestrate agents and complex workflows in hybrid architectures * Integrate external systems such as ServiceNow * Monitor solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or Datadog * Collaborate on technical decisions and mentor junior profiles **Requirements** * 4\-5 years of software development experience * At least 1 year of applied AI project experience in the Microsoft environment **Solid experience with:** * Microsoft Copilot Studio * Power Platform * Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Bot Framework) * Experience deploying and managing models in Azure * Knowledge of integrations with Microsoft 365 **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract with Infortec Consultores * Remote work: 100% remote * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, private health insurance, among others * Membership in the Ibenefits Club (discounts across various brands) * 23 paid vacation days **If you're interested, apply to this vacancy — we’re waiting for you!**
