DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a highly qualified Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting photovoltaic project in the **Requena, Valencia** area. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all electrical activities across our photovoltaic projects. Your role will be critical in ensuring installations are carried out according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and direct work teams during the execution of electrical installations for photovoltaic plants. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations (national and international). * Conduct on-site safety and quality inspections, identifying and mitigating potential risks. * Manage the schedule for electrical activities, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, logistics, etc.) to ensure proper project execution. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and electrical work completion reports. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, as well as their maintenance. * Resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning. * Promote and maintain a workplace safety and health culture. * Participate in project handover and partial or final deliveries. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the photovoltaic sector. * Solid knowledge of electrical regulations, codes, and safety standards (REBT, ITC, etc.). * 60-hour PRL Course * Ability to lead and motivate work teams. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Availability to work at the project site starting March 2026\. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in electrical safety or photovoltaic system installation. * Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). * Experience with solar panel mounting systems and structures. * Technical English proficiency.
