Responsibilities include drafting technical documentation, social reports, life stories, and internal materials. Personalized itineraries are also designed, implemented, and evaluated, along with the preparation of socio-labor incorporation agreements and employment plans. Training materials and activities are developed to acquire technical\-professional competencies. Coordination with other team professionals and external resources is required, as well as maintaining contact with regular companies. Other duties include selection processes, labor intermediation and guidance, and job prospecting. Human resources tasks and administrative management are also carried out. Working hours are Monday to Friday, morning shift, totaling 38 hours per week.
