DESCRIPTION Our client is a leading industrial company located in La Rioja Baja, a market leader in its sector as a premium brand. Currently, the company is seeking to hire a HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR to lead people management, talent, labor relations, and occupational risk prevention. As a member of the management team, this role will drive the implementation and redesign of processes to align HR management with both operational and commercial strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the position will have the following responsibilities: * Management and optimization of labor relations processes: employee support, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll updates, communications with authorities... * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, updating existing processes when necessary and implementing new ones as required. * Manage relationships with employee representatives, labor inspection, Social Security... * Talent management: implement performance evaluation, workplace climate, training, compensation, career development plans... * Provide personnel management support to other organizational leaders * Contribute to improving productivity and efficiency by supporting operations management in plant activities, selecting, training, and organizing production teams, and proposing improvements that help achieve business objectives... * PRL management with support from external prevention services, design and execute the prevention plan. REQUIREMENTS * Solid knowledge and education in Human Resources, Law, or related fields. A Master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued * Strong understanding of current labor legislation * Extensive experience in similar roles within industrial environments * Problem-solving and autonomous individual with development potential * Strategic vision and ability to manage change
