This may be an interesting opportunity for you to begin your employment relationship with us. **Job Description** We are looking for a Reliability Engineer tasked with implementing reliability programs within the maintenance department, condition monitoring tasks for equipment, structural integrity actions, and projects developed at surface facilities. You will develop engineering solutions for recurring failures and all other issues negatively impacting operations. These issues include capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance problems. **Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** \- *Maintenance Plans for Surface Machinery and Facilities* * Design maintenance plans for surface facilities (RCM methodology), as well as evaluate and improve existing plans. * Coordinate execution of the Maintenance Plan (inspections, lubrication, preventive, predictive, condition-based…) together with planning and execution teams to verify plan effectiveness. * Continuously review maintenance plans. \- *Equipment Condition and Monitoring*: * Assess equipment condition status to anticipate failures and schedule corresponding maintenance interventions. * Analyze proper operation of large machinery using continuous monitoring systems. \- *Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology* for failure probability determination and failure management * Develop and implement data analysis techniques, which may include statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, and Weibull analysis. \- *Asset Management*: * Participate in equipment commissioning and lifecycle management, maintaining up-to-date equipment and line histories in databases. * Collaborate with Production to conduct asset analyses providing the following information: asset availability, asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, other parameters defining operating conditions, reliability, and asset costs. * Perform, evaluate, and report all types of tests and analyses regarding the status and operational conditions of static equipment. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). \- *KPIs and Reporting*: * Implement and monitor machine reliability KPIs and maintenance plan management KPIs. \- *Innovation and Technology*: * Identify and implement new technologies and market-available developments that can enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering; Industrial Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical track); Chemical Engineering; or Energy Engineering * Vibration Technician Certification Category I/II/III (minimum Category II) * Knowledge of Tribology and lubrication route management * Green/Black Belt certification or demonstrable Six Sigma knowledge (desirable) * Master’s in Maintenance (desirable) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in inspection and diagnosis of static and dynamic equipment in mineral processing plants, chemical plants, refineries, or related facilities, including predictive techniques and monitoring **Employment Benefits** * Percentage over salary Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 40\.000,00€ per year Work Location: On-site
