The position aims to provide agile, approachable, and professional service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their entire gastronomic experience—from service preparation to closing and payment—always in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Set up and clear tables and service areas before and after each shift. * Serve and attend customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. * Advise customers on dishes, beverages, and wines. * Serve food and beverages according to BLUESEA Hotels’ quality standards. * Process payments and close service shifts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, tableware, and facilities. * Restock supplies and assist in proper service management. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Coordinate effectively with other team members. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels, restaurants, or bars. * Knowledge of bar service. * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations. * Languages: professional-level English (German and other languages are a plus). **We Offer:** * Employment with a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
