




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in the food industry, responsible for meat preparation, cutting, deboning, and packaging, as well as quality control and cleaning. Proven experience in knife handling We are looking for a person to work at a food industry company in Vallecas. Main duties will include receiving and preparing raw materials. Cutting, deboning, and filleting meat according to production instructions will be required. The role also includes product packaging, labeling, and weighing, as well as cleaning and maintaining the workplace and tools. Quality control and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations are essential. This is a temporary contract with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday. Working hours will be overnight, from 01:00 to 08:00, including statutory breaks. * Proven experience in knife handling. * We seek a serious and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Valid Food Handler Certificate.
