Today, as part of The Leading Hotels of the World, we continue his legacy and foster a culture rooted in authenticity, excellence, and attention to detail—creating memorable experiences for our guests. The position described below is a vital part of our team and contributes to maintaining and elevating the quality standard that has defined Marbella Club for over 70 years. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel, managing the check\-in process. * Process guest check\-out upon departure. * Attend to and manage guest requests, including message taking, telephone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks. * Adhere to management directives and uphold the quality standards established by LHW. * Address and resolve guest complaints, requests, and concerns at first instance, escalating to a supervisor when necessary. **Profile and Competencies:** * Prior experience in luxury hotels. * Knowledge of hotel products and services. * Proficiency in Opera Cloud. * Advanced level of English and Spanish, with ability to hold fluent conversations and draft correspondence. * Knowledge of a third language at an equivalent level is desirable.
