Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language proficiency. **Your daily routine will begin to sound like this…** * Carry out customer service duties at various outlets, in accordance with established protocols for each. * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives, as well as compliance with critical processes and service execution within the area, in line with hotel-established standards. * Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to customers. * Inform and advise customers about the various products offered. * Take orders and serve customer requests. * Process billing and collect payment from customers. * Assist in preparing work areas for service, including setting up and disconnecting electronic devices used during service. * Assist in table setup and preparation for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group for each case, verifying that all elements meet required standards. * Assist in buffet setup and breakdown, as well as service at the buffet. * Monitor and inspect materials required for proper performance of job responsibilities. * Assist in storage of received products and/or materials, as well as restocking them. * Assist in preparation and setup of special events, coordinated with the responsible person. * Serve appetizers matching the drinks prepared/served at the bar. * Collect hot meals from the kitchen and deliver them to the dining area. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Vocational Training (Medium or Higher Level) in Food and Beverage Services / Restaurant Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in this role at 5\*-star hotels and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts or similar is highly desirable.
