The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our systems and services for internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support to customers and internal users via email, phone, and ticketing systems * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network\-related issues * Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability * Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams and follow up until resolution * Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system tools * Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures * Assist in onboarding and training users on systems and applications * Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards * Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system stability and user experience Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Proven experience in a technical support or IT support role * Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS) * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non\-technical users * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting cloud\-based applications or SaaS platforms * Familiarity with databases, APIs, or basic scripting * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices * Prior experience in the transportation, logistics, or mobility sector What We Offer * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and skill development * Competitive salary based on experience * Modern office based in Mataró, Spain * Supportive and inclusive company culture Job Type: Full\-time Experience: * Technical Support: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English \& Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driving License (Preferred) Location: * Mataró, Barcelona provincia (Preferred) Work Location: In person
