The role will also involve accompanying and assisting during meals, helping with mobility, ensuring proper medication intake, and reporting any relevant incidents to the team. For this position, it is essential to hold a qualification as Technical Assistant in Nursing Care or a Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for People in Social Institutions. Previous experience performing similar duties as a gerocultor/a will be valued positively. The offer includes an indefinite full-time employment contract. Working hours will be determined according to shifts. Remuneration will comply with the National Framework Agreement for Services for Dependent Persons and the Development of Personal Autonomy Promotion.
