The selected candidate will support chefs in dish preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in dish preparation and cooking under the chef’s supervision. * Clean and peel food items, cut and organize ingredients. * Plate dishes and arrange presentations as instructed. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Perform basic stock control and receive goods. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Minimum prior experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Agility, cleanliness, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work morning/afternoon shifts and weekends. * Food Handler Certificate. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a professional team and stable work environment. * Initial training. * Salary according to the collective agreement \+ applicable supplements (e.g., night shifts, holidays...). * Work uniform.
