Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and comply with food safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of cachopos and other culinary ingredients 2. Maintenance of hygiene and order in the work area 3. Strict compliance with food handling protocols A kitchen assistant position is available in Gijón (Asturias). Duties include preparing cachopos following instructions from the supervisor, as well as peeling, washing, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, potatoes, and other ingredients. Basic preparations are also performed; food handling protocols are strictly followed; and cleaning of kitchenware, utensils, and equipment—as well as maintaining order and hygiene in the work area—is carried out. Prior experience in the sector is valued. The contract is permanent and full-time, with working hours from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:30 to 23:30\. Salary is governed by the Collective Agreement for Hospitality in the Principality of Asturias.
