Would you like to represent an innovative brand with global reach? **At Primer Impacto, we are looking for a Market Manager to join a high-impact route!** ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION?** Your mission will be clear: **boost brand recognition and drive sales like never before**. How will you achieve it? Through a dynamic mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, including: #### **Training and Development** You will lead training sessions for store teams. You will measure the impact of your training using tools such as knowledge tests. You will be an ambassador for learning: log in and track RSA progress in Academy! #### **Point-of-Sale Management** You will enhance brand visibility in stores (displays, secondary spaces, POS materials). You will negotiate directly with stores to optimize space and identify opportunities. You will supervise stock, fixtures, and sales performance along your route. #### **Promotions and Activations** You will actively serve as a promoter: 4 times per month (and more during key dates). You will support the promoter team and provide ongoing follow-up. You will coordinate promotional events and special training sessions for operators. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** Previous experience in retail, trade marketing, or similar roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Autonomy, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. Familiarity with the digital environment and reporting tools. Passion for the brand, its products, and direct interaction with the point of sale. ### **WORK LOCATION:** **Route across all of SPAIN** ### **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Stable contract and continuous training.
