The Hydroelectric Power Plants team’s mission is to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of facilities, guaranteeing service continuity and resource optimization. This position represents an attractive professional challenge: managing the entire portfolio and evaluating strategic options to maximize efficiency and safety. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with technical, operational, and business areas, with autonomy to propose solutions and participate in continuous improvement projects. Main responsibilities:* Planning of corrective and/or preventive maintenance. * Responding to breakdowns at hydroelectric generation plants. * Supervising and overseeing electrical work execution. * Supervising work performed in confined or hard-to-access spaces and at height. * Implementing the industrial plan. * Monitoring and preparing required safety documentation. * Issuing and supervising notifications, work orders, and work permits. * Interpreting and producing drawings and schematics. * Drafting technical specifications and monitoring projects. * Manage a team of 10 people. * Performing on-call duties like other technicians.
