Therefore, with each new hire, **we seek individuals who share our values and wish to contribute professionally and personally**. * **ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN** * LOCATION: Santander * AREA: Social Action * NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1 Position. * POSITION MISSION: Administrative management of the workplace. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide telephone and in-person assistance to users and staff arriving at the center. * Deliver aid to users, as well as verify and check documentation. * Perform interfaces: review, account for, and transfer data from Excel to the accounting management software. * Account for supplier invoices, payments, cash and bank transactions, etc. Perform account reconciliations, cash and bank reconciliations; providing support to the person managing the accounting for the delegation/program. * Support any process within the central accounting cycle. * Manage and control cash: payments, user assistance, cash counts, etc. * Organize, archive, and scan documentation (invoices, bank proofs, etc.) according to the entity's internal procedures and donor regulations. * Carry out financial justification actions for the Project, preparation of reports, VELNEO, etc. * Report to the accounting area manager. * Support in preparing documentation for financial requests from donors. * Support internal and external audits. * Assist in completing final reports and external audits. * Communicate with the project or delegation economic technician, as applicable, requesting and sending necessary information/documentation. * Support in managing applications used by the Delegation: SIRIA (information system for programs for refugees, immigrants, and asylum seekers) and/or other databases or program files. * Coordinate with the administrative team. * Participate in work meetings of the center's team. * Accompany and support volunteer staff or interns in the program. * Inform and report to the center or delegation manager. * Other duties inherent to the position. * As a member of Movimiento por la Paz \-MPDL\-, will participate in actions aimed at protection against abuse and harassment, as well as ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * **CONTRACT:** Indefinite contract. Group 2 of the Social Action Agreement * **WORK HOURS:** Part-time position, 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday * **SALARY:** According to organizational pay scales. * **VACATION:** 23 working days, plus additional specific leave under the Agreement (pro-rated according to start date). **Profile:** **EDUCATION** * Higher vocational training degree in Administration and Finance or medium-level qualification with extensive experience in the job functions. * Desired training in Gender Equality and Human Rights. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. * Experience in the social sector / associative movement will be valued. **LANGUAGES** * Knowledge of French, English, Arabic, or other languages will be considered an asset. **COMPUTER SKILLS** * Advanced level in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
