We are expanding our Transport and Infrastructure team \| WSP \| WSP in Santander or Madrid, and we are seeking motivated BIM Modelers eager to continue growing within an international company. **What Will Your Role Be?** As a **BIM Modeling Technician**, you will join our T&I team, participating in road, railway, hydraulic works, urban transport, and other linear infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with the BIM Coordinator and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure proper management and development of project information. Your key responsibilities will include developing and modeling roads, railways, and other linear infrastructure in BIM, ensuring correct generation, updating, and management of technical project information. You will be responsible for producing drawings, technical documentation, and schedules derived from BIM models, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and data consistency at all times. Additionally, you will work closely with the BIM Coordinator and multidisciplinary design teams, actively participating in coordination across disciplines. You will maintain updated models throughout all project phases — from conceptual design to construction documentation — and collaborate on preparing deliverables in accordance with established BIM standards and specific client requirements. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a professional with **at least three years of experience developing BIM models for linear infrastructure**, advanced proficiency in tools such as **Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Navisworks**, and experience generating CAD drawings and documentation from BIM models. Knowledge of collaborative document management environments (**CDE**) is valued, especially platforms such as **Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Autodesk Forma**, as well as experience working under **Open BIM** methodologies.
