Leadership and supervision of external teams and agencies. **Role Description** This role is for a **"player–coach"** profile: * Actively code * Make technical decisions * Be accountable for the final outcome * Lead external vendors when required We are not looking for someone who simply executes tasks, but for someone who **takes full ownership of the project**. **Main Responsibilities** **Hands-on Development** * Develop and maintain complete websites * Work on both frontend and backend * Implement content workflows via CMS * Ensure performance, SEO, security, and stability **Technical Ownership** * Define architecture, tech stack, and tools * Manage repositories, deployments, and environments * Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code * Avoid technical debt and vendor lock-in **Leadership and Supervision** * Coordinate and supervise agencies, freelancers, or external developers * Review third-party code and make technical decisions * Ensure quality and on-time delivery **Collaboration** * Work closely with product, marketing, and brand teams * Translate business needs into technical solutions **Requirements** * 6+ years of professional web development experience * Proven experience building end-to-end websites * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue or similar) * Backend experience (Node.js, PHP or Python) * Experience with CMS (WordPress or headless CMS) * REST API integration**Languages** * **English:** Professional level (meetings, documentation, vendors) * **Spanish:** Native or fluent Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €35,000.00–€50,000.00 per year
