The ideal candidate will supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and will manage required teams and resources. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of building projects from inception to final handover. * Monitor the project budget, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures. * Manage and coordinate human resources (in-house team and subcontractors) and materials. * Ensure adherence to execution timelines and work quality standards. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain fluent communication with the Project Management Office, the client, and other involved stakeholders. * Manage technical and administrative project documentation. * Resolve on-site incidents and make technical decisions. **Requirements:** * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager on building projects, preferably residential or landmark projects. * In-depth knowledge of current construction, health, and safety regulations. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Presto) and CAD software. * Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Residence in Badajoz or willingness to relocate.
