##### **You will contribute to ending hunger in the world by ...** Contribute to positioning Action Against Hunger in Spain as a leading organization in the field of international cooperation and Social Action in Spain. The autonomous delegation of Andalusia and Extremadura contributes to fundraising for social action, cooperation and awareness-raising projects targeting decentralized public and private donors. In addition, it helps optimize the implementation of visibility and private fundraising campaigns at the territorial level in coordination with communication departments. Furthermore, from the delegation, there is contribution to the need to act in Spain through employment and inclusive entrepreneurship initiatives aimed at people at risk of social exclusion. ##### **Your main responsibilities will be the following:** The responsibilities of this role are mixed, combining objectives in accounting, management and finance: 1\. Support and assist in audit management and reporting to minimize fund repayment to donors. 2\. Support the administrative management and monitoring of Social Action projects or any other projects existing within the Extremadura Office. 3\. Implement information management systems, reporting and justification required for project development, in accordance with the office's document management policy. 4\. Support general office operations. Including follow-up, updating and dissemination of general work procedures established by Action Against Hunger and at the Extremadura office level. 5\. In general, carry out and coordinate, both at the Extremadura office and delegation levels, the complete process of financial remittance, tracking the process from invoice and expense reminders and reviews to intermediate and final coordination until payment of such expenses. With the following specific tasks: I. Monthly accounting closure and definitive quarterly closures. II. Adjustments at delegation level, contribution to reports submitted to donors, and 100% digitization of financial files in TEAMS. III.
